Policies

Cancellation Policy
Deposits, less $10 per room per night (for processing), will be refunded if cancellations are made at least 7 days prior to your stay. A minimum of a 4 week notice is required for stays during peak weekends (Bucknell graduation and family weekend).

Check In/Check Out
Check in time is between 4PM and 6PM. Check out time is 11AM. If you need to arrive earlier or later, or would like a late check out, please inform us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Smoking Policy
There is no smoking allowed in any of the rooms. Smoking outdoors or on the front porch is allowed.

Our Policy on Children
The Vicksburg Inn welcomes well-supervised children over 10 years of age.

Our Policy on Pets
While no pets are allowed at The Vicksburg Inn, the Chatterbox Chateau across the street is a kennel that would be happy to house your dog or cat.
